Our Holiday Home!

As I've mentioned before, I love decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas. I figured I'd share some pics of my handy work. These are just from the inside but we do have some nice subtle yet festive lights outdoors as well. Hope everyone is getting super excited for Christmas. I'm totally enjoying my "winter break" at the college. (I will return when the students do, later in January.) I'm still working the other part-time gig but its really nice to have some personal time during this crazy busy time.

Our holiday plans are pretty much the same as they have been for the past eight years. On Christmas Eve, we spend with my parents who live about 1 hour from our home. We spend the night there and open some presents in the morning. Later on Christmas day, we head back to our house and exchange our gifts. Then on Christmas night, it's up to the inlaws for some more holiday fun. We also have another family party on Sunday. It will be a crazy few days, but I think I'm finally starting to get used to it and am actually excited! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and I'll be back after Christmas to tell you all about my fabulous presents. Just kidding! In all seriousness, this year I really just want everyone to be happy and healthy. The rest is really just a bonus.
