Greetings!

I'm new to the blogging world but am excited to share little bits of my life with you. As a young library student who works full-time as a library assistant at a public library, I am constantly struggling to find a balance between the seemingly reserved library world and my true self. Blasting the stereotypes is not always easy but something I am striving to do. Librarianship is definitely a big component in my life but that doesn't mean I have to give up who I am outside of my career. I may be different than my colleagues but as long as there is a mutual respect for our diverse interests then we can all be fabulous in our own way. In this blog, I plan to post on my experiences as living the life as a librarian, newlywed and library student. As a warning, randomness is sometimes my downfall, so be prepared to jump from topic to topic. Enjoy!
